Copilot is for one person, for now.
Wonderful gives you each your own.
Copilot's pages mark household sharing “Coming soon,” so today it is one person's app. Wonderful is built for two people with their own money: your own logins, your own accounts, and the bills you share split the way you choose.
Free for your first week. Nothing is charged until it ends.
Your own login and your own banks, and you choose what the other sees. Copilot's household sharing is marked "Coming soon".
Send one invite link. Your partner joins free, with their own login and their own banks.
Split what you share evenly, by what each of you brings home, or all together, and see who owes whom.

What Copilot does well, and where it falls short for two
Good
- One plan with everything in it. There are no tiers.[3]
- Direct connections to Venmo, Apple Card and Coinbase.[4][7]
- Rated 4.8 on the App Store from about 31K ratings.[7]
- No ads, and the FAQ says it does not sell financial data.[4]
- A human support option is listed in the plan.[3][7]
- The web app is included in the plan.[6][3]
Not so good
- No Android app. The pages list iPhone, iPad, Mac and web only.[6][3][4]
- Sharing with a partner is not live. Households are marked "Coming soon."[6][3][4]
- No free plan after the trial.[4]
- The website and the App Store show different prices: $18 a month or $109 a year (shown as $9 a month) on the site, $13.00 and $95.00 on the App Store.[3][7]
- The Money Assistant is available only on iPhone.[7]
- The listed data sources are US institutions only.[7]
Sharing with a partner
This is the biggest difference. On Copilot's home and pricing pages, households are marked “Coming soon” and partner invites “coming this fall”[6][3]. Its help center describes sharing your account with a partner by signing them in to it[1]. Copilot's pages describe no way to control what a partner sees[6].
In Wonderful a partner joins with their own login at no extra cost, and one subscription covers the household[9]. Each person connects their own banks and chooses, per account, whether the other sees everything, only totals, or nothing[10]. If you want the background, see couples finance apps and privacy.
Splitting what you share
Copilot's pages say nothing about splitting a shared bill[6][3][4]. Its help center suggests a group of categories for each person and tags to tell transactions apart, which keeps two people's spending separate inside one account. Wonderful splits shared costs evenly, by income, or any way you choose, and keeps a running total of who owes whom[11]. For the reasoning behind an income split, read splitting bills by income.
The assistant and the budget
Copilot has a Money Assistant you can ask about your money. Its page says it always asks before acting, and the App Store says it works on iPhone only[6][7]. Budgets adapt to your spending[7], and the app tracks spending, investments, net worth and subscriptions[6][7]. It connects to 16,000+ US institutions, with direct links for Venmo, Apple Card and Coinbase[4][7].
Wonderful plans each paycheck for bills, spending and saving before it lands[11], finds recurring charges and flags a bill that comes in higher than usual[11], and texts you by iMessage when a bill is charged twice, a price goes up or a refund lands[11]. It does not cancel subscriptions for you.
Where Copilot is ahead
Copilot is a polished Apple app: iPhone, iPad, Mac and the web, rated 4.8 on the App Store from about 31K ratings[7]. It has no ads, and its FAQ says it does not sell financial data[4]. Support from real people sits inside the app[3][7]. Wonderful is on the web only for now[11], is new with no store ratings yet, and gives no investment advice or portfolio analysis; investments count toward net worth as balances[11].
Which one fits
Pick Copilot if you are one person on Apple devices, or two people who will wait for households and want a polished app with an assistant. Pick Wonderful if you are two people with your own money today, one of you uses Android or a PC, or you want shared costs split the way you earn. The longer comparison is in the best budgeting apps for couples.

“I gave this App every chance, but Connections to Financial Institutions FAILED CONSTANTLY. I worked with Support… get a connection repaired, ONLY TO FAIL AGAIN WITHIN DAYS.”Read it where it was said ↗
Why people leave Copilot
- Bank connections that fail or will not reconnect. App Store reviews name Bank of America, Fidelity, Merrill and Schwab.[8]
- No partner or household sharing yet, and no Android app, so a couple with mixed phones cannot use it together.[6][3][4]
- Price for a single person. One reviewer says it is expensive for the monthly subscription with no one-time payment.[8]
- Income categories. One reviewer is leaving over not being able to categorize income or tie expenses to a type of income.[8]
- Slow answers from support when something breaks. One September 2026 reviewer says in-app support and the AI chatbot no longer respond.[8]
“I’m just tired of waiting for them to let us categorize income and assign expenses to a type of income… last time using them unfortunately”Read it where it was said ↗
“Mostly good, but slow to implement basic features. It feels like they did a sprint to launch and stopped improving it. Disappointed given the premium price point.”Read it where it was said ↗
