Cancel 24 Hour Fitness online (monthly payment memberships)
- Go to the membership cancellation page on 24hourfitness.com.
- The page first offers 30% off your next 3 months' dues. Select "Yes" to keep your membership with the offer.
- To cancel, select "No thanks", labeled "I'd still like to cancel my membership."
Cancel 24 Hour Fitness at the club (limited-term or prepaid memberships)
- Visit a team member in your club, or use the "contact us here" link on the cancellation page.
- Ask to cancel your membership.
Before you cancel 24 Hour Fitness
- Monthly memberships require 30 days' notice to cancel, except in New York.
- Commitment memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded during the commitment period, and a cancellation fee may apply.

After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot.
