How to cancel Crunch Fitness

Before you cancel Crunch Fitness

• Cancellation policies vary by location based on state and local guidelines.
• The notice you need to give before your next billing date depends on your Membership Agreement. Check it or ask your home club.
• Month-to-month memberships continue until you ask to cancel. Paid-in-full memberships end at the end of the contract unless you ask to renew.
• Stopping payments without cancelling is not enough. A balance builds up and may eventually go to collections.
• Crunch Signature members prepay their last month's dues. Crunch's example: cancel between Jan 1 and Jan 31 and your last day of access is Feb 28.
• Refunds are limited. Crunch lists two valid reasons: cancelling within the first few days of membership (state grace periods apply), or a missed request because of extenuating circumstances. If you say you cancelled and the membership was not ended, you will need proof of the request.
• Class late-cancellation and no-show fees are separate from membership cancellation and vary by location.
• The Crunch+ subscription is cancelled separately at crunchplus.com/accounts/subscriptions. That does not cancel your gym membership.

After you cancel

Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Crunch Fitness charges you again after you cancelled, ask Crunch Fitness for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
