How to cancel BeenVerified
How to cancel a BeenVerified subscription from BeenVerified's FAQ: My Account, chat, the Contact Us page, email or phone, plus Apple and Google Play billing.

Cancel BeenVerified online, logged in
- Log in to your account and visit My Account.
- Under Edit My Account Information, select Cancel My Account.
Cancel BeenVerified by chat or the Contact Us page
- Click Chat With Us Live, or use BeenVerified's Contact Us page.
- On the Contact Us page, select Cancel Account and give your 9-digit membership ID.
Cancel BeenVerified by email
- Email support@beenverified.com with your membership ID and say you want to cancel.
Cancel BeenVerified by phone
- Call 1-844-823-2869 with your 9-digit membership ID ready.
BeenVerified lists the phone line for when you are not logged in.
Cancel BeenVerified if you subscribed through the app
- iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap the BeenVerified subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
- Android: in Google Play go to your subscriptions, select the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
Before you cancel BeenVerified
- Your membership ID is in your Welcome New Member email, or in the Account Details section of your BeenVerified account.
- After cancelling in Google Play, you still have access until the current paid period expires. Uninstalling the app does not stop the subscription.
- BeenVerified's FAQ does not state a cancellation fee or a refund rule.
- Cancelling an account is separate from removing your information from its people search results. BeenVerified has its own opt-out instructions, and its FAQ lists privacy@beenverified.com.

After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if BeenVerified charges you again after you cancelled, ask BeenVerified for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
