Cancel Chegg if you need help
- Use Chat with Us on Chegg's help page, or the phone number it offers under Prefer to call.

Before you cancel Chegg
- Chegg says that once you confirm, you won't be billed again and your access lasts through the rest of the current billing period.
- Chegg's help page lists a separate option to pause a Chegg Study subscription instead of cancelling.
- Other Chegg products have their own cancel articles. The help page lists one for Internships.com.
- Chegg's page doesn't state a cancellation fee or a refund rule for Chegg Study.
- Deleting your Chegg account is a separate item in Chegg's help center.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Chegg charges you again after you cancelled, ask Chegg for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.
