  2. Follow the instructions in the reply email.

Before you cancel Blue Apron

  • For a Blue Apron+ membership, cancel before your scheduled billing date.
  • Autoship orders marked processing or shipped on your Upcoming page can't be canceled, and you're responsible for those charges including taxes.
  • Credits expire immediately if you cancel your Blue Apron account.
  • You can skip an Autoship order as often as you like instead of canceling.

After you cancel

Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Blue Apron charges you again after you cancelled, ask Blue Apron for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.
