How to cancel Brigit
How to cancel a Brigit subscription from Brigit's help center: the app and website steps, the Credit Builder loan to close first, and the last billing charge.

Cancel Brigit in the app
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the Home screen to open Account Settings.
- On the My Brigit page, scroll to Preferences and tap My Subscription.
- Select Cancel & Switch to Free plan.
- Look for the confirmation screen saying your subscription is canceled.
Cancel Brigit on the website
- Log in at app.hellobrigit.com/login with your email or phone number.
- Go to Settings and tap My Subscription.
- Select Cancel & Switch to Free plan.

- Email info@hellobrigit.com if you have trouble, and ask for help cancelling.
Before you cancel Brigit
- If you have a Credit Builder loan open, you need to close that before cancelling your subscription.
- You lose access to Instant Cash, Credit Builder, and Credit Monitoring & Identity Theft Protection after cancelling.
- Brigit typically charges at the end of the billing cycle, so you may still be charged at the end of the cycle in which you canceled.
- You can re-activate your Brigit subscription anytime.
- Brigit's article does not mention a cancellation fee or a refund.
After you cancel
