How to cancel Cleo
How to cancel Cleo Plus or Cleo Builder from your profile, from Cleo's own help center, with the refund window and what to know about advances.

Cancel Cleo cleo Plus
- Go to your profile.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Tap Unsubscribe from Cleo Plus.
- Look for the email confirming your subscription is cancelled.
Cancel Cleo cleo Builder
- Open your profile.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Scroll down to Manage Cleo Builder.
- Tap Unsubscribe.
- Look for the confirmation email that says your subscription is cancelled.
Before you cancel Cleo
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel first, then delete the app, or you can keep being charged.
- Cleo Plus: if you cancel within 1 month of signing up and have not requested a cash advance, your subscription payment is refunded to the card you signed up with. Refunds can take 4 business days.
- Cleo Builder: if you cancel within 30 days of signing up, the payment is refunded to the card you signed up with. You are not eligible if you successfully requested a physical Cleo Card in those 30 days. Refunds can take 4 business days.
- If you have an active advance when you cancel, you still have to repay it on the date you chose.
- If you plan to delete your account, wait for your refund first. Cleo says the refund needs your account information.
- Cleo's pages don't list a cancellation fee.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Cleo charges you again after you cancelled, ask Cleo for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.
