How to cancel eharmony
How to cancel eharmony: turn off auto-renewal online, on iPhone or on Android, and what eharmony's help pages say happens to the time you already paid for.

Cancel eharmony online (subscribed on the website)
- Log in to your eharmony account.
- Click the down-arrow next to your portrait at the top of the screen.
- Click the Data & settings link.
- Click Amend subscription (labeled Cancel auto renewal in the US).
- Read the details, then click the link at the bottom of the page.
- Complete the confirmation page.
eharmony says this button only turns off the automatic renewal. Your current subscription still runs its full term.
Cancel eharmony on an iPhone (subscribed through Apple)
- Manage the subscription in your Apple subscription settings.
eharmony's page says Apple does not give developers direct access to subscriptions bought through the App Store, so eharmony cannot cancel it for you and gives no further steps.
Cancel eharmony on Android (subscribed through Google Play)
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Before you cancel eharmony
- Turning off auto-renewal lets the subscription expire at the end of its current term. It does not end it early.
- Once it expires, you can no longer read and write custom messages with members or view their photos.
- Any payments pending at the time you cancel are still due and are charged as scheduled.
- Your Data & settings page shows your membership term length, your date of purchase and how to turn off auto-renewal, so check it for your own dates.
- For anything the help page does not cover, it points to a Contact Customer Care link.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if eharmony charges you again after you cancelled, ask eharmony for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. How do I cancel eharmony?

Can you cancel eharmony at any time?
