How to cancel a Tinder subscription bought on Tinder, through Apple or through Google Play, with what Tinder's terms say about renewal, access and refunds.

Cancel Tinder in the Tinder app or website
- Log in to Tinder on the website or in the app.
- Go to the Account section.
- Cancel your subscription.
This is for subscriptions bought directly from Tinder. The terms do not list each button.
Cancel Tinder through Apple or Google Play
- Log in to the Apple or Google account you subscribed with.
- Follow that store's instructions to manage or cancel your subscription.
Tinder's terms say cancellation for an Apple ID purchase is handled by Apple, not Tinder.
Before you cancel Tinder
- The terms say a subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- The terms say you continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your subscription period.
- The terms say that, generally, purchases are final and nonrefundable, with no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
- In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, the terms give a full refund during the 14 days after a subscription begins.
- The terms say refund requests for Apple ID purchases are handled by Apple, not Tinder.

After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Tinder charges you again after you cancelled, ask Tinder for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.
