How to cancel PeopleLooker
How to cancel PeopleLooker by phone, chat, the Contact Us form or through Apple and Google, from PeopleLooker's own pages, and what happens to your reports.

Cancel PeopleLooker online
- Log in to your PeopleLooker account.
- Click Contact Us.
- Select Cancel My Account.
Cancel PeopleLooker by phone
- Call 1-800-592-7153.
- Have your membership ID ready.
Your membership ID is in your Welcome New Member email or in Account Details in your account.
Cancel PeopleLooker by chat or contact form
- Use Chat With Us in the footer, or the Contact Form linked from the My Account page.
- Give your membership ID or the email you signed up with, and say you want to cancel.
Cancel PeopleLooker on iPhone or iPad (Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to manage.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
PeopleLooker says if you do not see Cancel, the subscription is already cancelled.
Cancel PeopleLooker on Android (Google Play)
- Go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select the subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
Before you cancel PeopleLooker
- PeopleLooker says your account stays active for the remainder of your paid term, and you can log back into a canceled account to view reports you already ran.
- Plans renew every 30 days, and you are billed at the start of each new billing period.
- PeopleLooker says refunds are handled case by case if you were unhappy with the service or data. Refunds post to your bank in up to 10 days.
- For Google Play charges, PeopleLooker says you must request a refund through Google.
- If you subscribed through Apple or Google, see /cancel/apple-subscriptions and /cancel/google-play.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if PeopleLooker charges you again after you cancelled, ask PeopleLooker for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
