How to cancel Quicken Classic auto-renewal from your Quicken account, per Quicken's own support pages, plus the 30-day money-back guarantee and refund timing.

Cancel Quicken Classic online (Quicken My Account)
- Go to the Quicken My Account page and sign in with your Quicken ID and password.
- In the Subscriptions section, click Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel Renewal.
- Confirm the change.
If you see Resume Subscription instead, auto-renewal is already canceled. Canadian users should first confirm they are on the Quicken Canada website.

Before you cancel Quicken Classic
- After you cancel, the status reads Renewal Cancelled and the page shows the time left in your term. You keep your Quicken services until the term ends. Click Resume Subscription to turn auto-renewal back on.
- Quicken Classic (Windows and Mac) has a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date or the date of an auto-renewal. Shipping and handling are not refunded.
- The refund form is for customers in the U.S. or Canada. Other customers contact Quicken Support.
- Refunds to a card or by ACH usually post in 3 to 4 days, up to 10 days depending on your bank. Checks take about 3 to 4 weeks.
- Memberships renew at the current retail price.
- Quicken Bill Manager is billed monthly and is not refundable. If you cancel it, you can use it until the end of the monthly term.

Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Quicken Classic charges you again after you cancelled, ask Quicken Classic for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
