How to cancel Rocket Money
How to cancel Rocket Money Premium in the app or on the website, per Rocket Money's help center, plus when it ends and what stays after you cancel.

Cancel Rocket Money in the mobile app
- Tap the Settings icon at the top left.
- Select Membership, then tap Manage Membership.
- Drag the slider to the far left so it reads $0/month.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Cancel Rocket Money on the website
- Click the Settings icon on the left side.
- Select Membership, then click Manage in the upper right.
- Drag the slider to the far left so it reads $0/month.
- Select Cancel Subscription and complete the prompts.
Before you cancel Rocket Money
- Cancellation takes effect when your current billing cycle ends, and you keep Premium features until then.
- Canceling Premium does not delete your Rocket Money account.
- Active bill negotiations stay in place after you cancel Premium.
- Notifications and emails continue unless you change your alert settings.
- Rocket Money's article gives the same steps for the app and the website and does not mention refunds. Contact Rocket Money support about a refund.

After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Rocket Money charges you again after you cancelled, ask Rocket Money for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
