- Sign in to Spokeo and open Account Settings.
- Go to Usage & Subscriptions.
- Cancel your membership.

- Call Spokeo Customer Care at 1-888-271-9562.
The policy says it is available seven days a week, excluding Spokeo-observed holidays.
Before you cancel Spokeo
- Trials: Spokeo says cancellations must be received before 11:59 PM PT on the last day of the trial to avoid being charged. Canceling a trial early forfeits the rest of it.
- The policy says Spokeo automatically renews your plan at the same payment period and term.
- The policy says membership plans are non-refundable and a canceled plan's payment is not refunded or prorated for partial-month use.
