Find the Xsolla purchase: check the usual causes first
- Ask anyone who can use your payment account, family or friends, whether they bought something in a game.
- Look for an active subscription to a game or game service, yours or a family member's.
- Compare the charge with your in-game purchase history.

- Use live chat in your Xsolla Wallet account, or send a ticket through the web form on Xsolla's help center.
- Include the date, the amount and the payment account. The ticket form also asks for the transaction number.
Other things Xsolla says it can be
- A small pending amount may be held to verify your card, or when you save a card for future purchases. Adding a payment method to a game account can also leave a temporary authorization you won't be charged for.
- A pending charge can be credited back on its own if the payment system cancels it.
When to go to your card company
If nothing in your Xsolla account, or the account of anyone who uses your card, matches the date and amount, or Xsolla won't fix a charge that's wrong, contact the bank or card company that issued the card.
