What UPS says
These are the employer's own words, from its own pages. We only list an employer when its pages say how often it pays.
- Warehouse workers: the careers FAQ lists "weekly pay" among the advantages of joining UPS in a warehouse, and the hourly jobs overview says "Paid weekly." (UPS careers, Warehouse Workers and Hourly, Part Time, Full Time and Seasonal Jobs)
- Temporary cover drivers: "UPS offers excellent weekly pay, and employees are paid weekly. Pay rates may vary by location." (UPS careers, Temporary Cover Driver)
- Seasonal support drivers: "Seasonal Support Drivers receive competitive pay, which is paid weekly." (UPS careers, Seasonal Support Driver)
Where it can differ
- The pages we read are for hourly roles: warehouse workers, temporary cover drivers and seasonal support drivers. UPS does not say there how often salaried or office employees are paid, so this page does not either.
- UPS says pay rates may vary by location. It does not say the pay day varies.
What this means for budgeting
Whoever pays you, the schedule changes how a budget feels. A weekly pay schedule means 52 paychecks a year, so some months have 5 paydays. A biweekly one means 26, which makes two months a year with 3 paychecks. Twice a month (semimonthly) means 24, always on the same two dates. The yearly total is the same either way. Only the timing moves.
Bills tend to come once a month, so it helps to plan from the smaller months and treat the extra paycheck as a bonus. The 2026 biweekly payroll calendar shows which months have 3 paychecks, and biweekly vs semimonthly explains why the two feel different. Does UPS pay weekly or biweekly?
For the hourly roles on its careers pages (warehouse workers, temporary cover drivers, seasonal support drivers), UPS says weekly.
What day does UPS pay?
The UPS pages we read do not name a pay day. Your first pay statement or your manager will tell you.

UPS's careers pages do not say. We only report what the employer states.
Is weekly pay a different amount than biweekly pay?
The yearly total is the same. Weekly checks are smaller because the pay is split into 52 parts instead of 26.
