How to cancel BritBox
How to cancel BritBox from BritBox's help center: the website steps, the 24-hour rule, partner billing through Roku, Amazon or Apple, and its refund policy.

Cancel BritBox on BritBox.com
- Sign in at BritBox.com on a computer or a phone or tablet browser.
- Click your name in the top right corner, then My Account.
- Under Plan & Billing, click Cancel subscription.
- On the Are you sure? screen, click I still want to cancel and follow the prompts.
If your phone sends you to the BritBox app, use a laptop or desktop instead.
Cancel BritBox if a partner bills you
- Find the partner that bills you: Amazon Prime Video Channels, Apple iTunes, Apple TV Channels, Google Play or The Roku Channel, for example.
- Follow that partner's cancellation steps.
BritBox says it can't cancel partner subscriptions for you.
Before you cancel BritBox
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal or payment date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
- After you cancel you keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. You get an email with your last day of access.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
- BritBox payments are non-refundable for time you've already had. If an annual plan renews by mistake, you can cancel and keep access, or contact BritBox to ask for a pro-rated refund, rounded down to the nearest month.

After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if BritBox charges you again after you cancelled, ask BritBox for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.

How long can I watch after I cancel BritBox?
Until the end of your current billing cycle. If your plan renews on the 15th and you cancel on the 7th, you can watch until the 15th.
Does deleting the BritBox app cancel it?
No. You'll keep being charged unless you cancel first.
