How to cancel Disney+ from the Disney+, ESPN and Hulu subscriber agreement: the cancel page, the 11:59 p.m. Eastern deadline, refunds and third-party billing.

Cancel Disney+ online
- Go to www.disneyplus.com/account/cancel-subscription.
- Log in.
- Click Cancel subscription.
Cancel Disney+ if a third party bills you
- Find who bills you (an app store, for example).
- Follow that company's cancellation instructions.
The agreement says Disney's Help Center also has instructions.
Before you cancel Disney+
- To avoid the next term's charge, cancel before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before your term ends.
- Cancelling generally takes effect at the end of the current term, free trial or promotion. For a free trial or promotional code it may take effect right away.
- Disney says it does not refund or credit terms you only partly used, unless the law requires it. It may make exceptions case by case.
- The agreement gives no separate cancel steps for bundles (Disney+, Hulu and ESPN, for example), and third-party services in a bundle follow their own terms.
- If you pause, billing restarts on its own unless you cancel before the pause ends.
- Paying through Apple, Google Play or Roku? See /cancel/apple-subscriptions, /cancel/google-play and /cancel/roku. The agreement lists no phone number for cancelling.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Disney+ charges you again after you cancelled, ask Disney+ for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.
