How to cancel Fubo from Fubo's help center: the website steps, cancelling through Roku, free trial timing, refunds and the fee on some promotions.

Cancel Fubo on the Fubo website
- Sign in at fubo.tv and select a profile.
- Click the settings icon, then select My Account.
- Select Subscription and scroll to the bottom.
- Select Cancel, then CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION on the final screen.
- Click OK on the confirmation page.
You may be offered a discount first. Your subscription isn't canceled until you complete the final step.
Cancel Fubo on Roku (web)
- Go to my.roku.com and sign in.
- Click Unsubscribe next to your Fubo plan.
- Confirm by selecting Yes, Unsubscribe.
Cancel Fubo on a Roku device
- Press Home on your Roku remote and highlight the Fubo app.
- Press the Star button to open the options menu.
- Select Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription.
- Confirm by selecting Cancel subscription, then Done.
Before you cancel Fubo
- Not sure how you signed up? Sign in at fubo.tv/subscription. A Roku subscription says Roku Subscription there.
- Cancelling a paid subscription keeps service until the end of the current billing cycle. Fubo does not refund prepaid or partial months.
- Cancelling a free trial signed up on Fubo's website ends it immediately. A Roku trial ends at the end of the trial.
- Most Fubo plans have no cancellation fee, but a promotional offer with a commitment period may carry an early cancellation fee. Check the terms of your offer.
- To confirm a cancellation, look at the Subscription page in your Fubo account. If service continues to the end of the billing cycle, it shows the date and time your subscription will end.

After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Fubo charges you again after you cancelled, ask Fubo for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.
