How to cancel Calm
How to cancel Calm Premium or a free trial from Calm's help center: website, Apple and Google Play steps, family plans, access after cancelling and refunds.

Cancel Calm on calm.com
- Log in to your Calm account on a web browser.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Settings, then Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Cancel Calm on an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions and select Calm.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also open the Calm app and tap Manage Subscription to go to your Apple page.
Cancel Calm on Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select Calm and tap Cancel Subscription.
Before you cancel Calm
- You keep full Premium access until the end of your current billing or trial period. Once cancelled, the subscription does not renew.
- Calm says all subscriptions must be cancelled through where you bought them (calm.com, Apple or Google Play). You do not need to contact Calm Support.
- Apple handles billing for in-app purchases, and Calm cannot access or cancel them.
- Refunds are available only for calm.com and Google Play purchases within 30 days. For Apple, contact Apple. Cancelling does not automatically generate a refund.
- A Calm Premium Family Plan can only be cancelled by the Family Admin, on Calm's website and not in the app.
- If you can't find the subscription in Apple or Google Play, you may have used a different account. See /cancel/apple-subscriptions and /cancel/google-play.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Calm charges you again after you cancelled, ask Calm for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.
