How to cancel Hers
How to cancel a Hers subscription in the app or on the website, the 48 hour rule before your next order, and what cancelling does not stop shipping.

Cancel Hers in the app
- Open the Hims or Hers app and log in.
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the homepage.
- Select "Subscriptions."
- Below the subscription you want to cancel, select "Additional Options > Manage Subscription."
- Select "Discontinue plan > Cancel Subscription."
- Follow the prompts to finish.
Cancel Hers on the website
- Open the Hims or Hers website and log in.
- Click the "Subscriptions" tab along the top menu.
- Next to the subscription, click "Manage."
- Under "Get help," click "Additional Options > Manage subscription."
- Click "Discontinue plan > Cancel Subscription."
- Follow the prompts to finish.
Before you cancel Hers
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your next order date, which is shown in your online account.
- Cancelling does not cancel an order that is already processing or has shipped.
- Repeat the steps for each subscription you want to cancel.
- Some treatments auto-renew. To turn that off, go to Subscriptions, Manage, Additional Options, Adjust my plan. You can turn it back on before your next billing date.
- A weight loss membership has its own steps. Hims and Hers say cancelling a membership also cancels its medications, and you keep its features until the end of the billing period.
- The pages do not give refund terms.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Hers charges you again after you cancelled, ask Hers for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.
