How to cancel Noom
How to cancel Noom from Noom's support center: the app, the web Subscription Portal or an app store, plus the 14-day refund rule for Noom Weight.

Cancel Noom in the Noom app
- Open the app and tap your profile picture at the top left.
- Tap Settings, then Manage Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to cancel.
Cancel Noom on the web (Subscription Portal)
- Sign in to the Subscription Portal with your Noom login.
- On the main page, click Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
Cancel Noom through the App Store or Google Play
- Open the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Find your Noom subscription and cancel it there.
Noom says to do this if you subscribed through iOS or Android.
Before you cancel Noom
- Cancelling does not end your access right away. You keep full features until the current billing cycle ends.
- Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
- Noom Weight refunds may be available if you ask within 14 days of your first charge. Renewal charges are not refundable, so cancel before your next billing cycle.
- Noom Med refunds may be available unless a prescription has already been written. Telehealth for Branded Meds refunds may be available within 7 days of the first charge, unless a clinical visit has occurred.
- If you are in Noom Med, you can switch to Noom Weight instead of cancelling, in the portal or by contacting support.
- To ask for a refund, use the chat bubble on Noom's support page or its contact form. For store billing, see /cancel/apple-subscriptions and /cancel/google-play.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Noom charges you again after you cancelled, ask Noom for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.

Does deleting the Noom app cancel my subscription?
