Before you cancel Nutrisystem
- You can cancel any time before the 6:00 p.m. ET cutoff the day before your order is scheduled to be fulfilled. After that, changes can't be made for that order.
- If you cancel after the first 7 days from when your order arrived and before paying for your second shipment, Nutrisystem says the $125 auto delivery discount from your first shipment is reversed through your payment method.
- If you only need to move your next order, you can delay it online.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot.
