How to cancel Peacock
How to cancel Peacock from its help center: Cancel All Subscriptions, removing an add-on, cancelling by chat, and what to do if Roku or Amazon bills you.

Cancel Peacock online (billed by Peacock)
- Log in to your account on the Peacock plans page.
- Select Cancel All Subscriptions.
- Follow the prompts.
- Look for the on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email, which can take a few hours.
This cancels your base plan and all add-ons.
Cancel Peacock remove only an add-on
- Log in and open the Subscriptions tab.
- Select the add-on and choose Remove Add-On.
- Follow the prompts and confirm.
Cancel Peacock by chat
- If you don't see the cancel option, or you can't log in, use the chat link in Peacock's help article.
Before you cancel Peacock
- If you subscribed through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, Spectrum or a similar provider, contact that provider. Peacock does not have the ability to cancel that plan.
- To see how you're billed, log in and look under Payment Method on the Subscriptions tab.
- Peacock says no refunds or credits will be issued for earlier payments when you cancel or downgrade Premium or Premium Plus, unless the law requires it.
- Your plan will not renew at the end of its current term. The article does not give an exact end date, so check your account.

After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Peacock charges you again after you cancelled, ask Peacock for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.
