Cancel Peloton online
- Go to your Peloton Account Settings at onepeloton.com/mymembership.
- Change or end your membership there.
Peloton's terms name this page but do not list each screen, so what you see may differ.
Cancel Peloton by phone
- Call Peloton Member Support at 1-866-679-9129.
Before you cancel Peloton
- Peloton's terms say that if you cancel, you may use the membership until the end of the then-current period.
- The terms say you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any part of the membership fee already paid.
- If you agreed to a committed membership period, the terms say you remain responsible for any outstanding fees for the rest of that period.
- The terms say a membership cycle recurs monthly or annually, as applicable, until it is canceled.
- The terms say billing errors must be reported within 60 days of the billing date.

After you cancel
