How to cancel Prime Video Channels
How to cancel a Prime Video add-on subscription (a channel billed by Amazon) from Amazon's own help page: the Unsubscribe steps, end dates and refunds.

Cancel Prime Video Channels online
- Go to Manage Your Subscriptions on Amazon and select Subscriptions from the top menu.
- Find the add-on subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Unsubscribe and confirm.
Cancel Prime Video Channels to cancel right away
- Contact Amazon's customer service team.
Amazon says to do this if you want to cancel immediately and weren't offered a self-service refund.
Before you cancel Prime Video Channels
- If Amazon offers a self-service refund and you accept it, your cancellation takes effect immediately. Otherwise your subscription end date shows on the confirmation screen.
- You can reverse the cancellation until the end date. After it, you won't be charged for or have access to content from that channel.
- If you pay for the add-on through Apple, cancel at least 24 hours before it renews, or you may be charged.
- The page does not list a cancellation fee.
- This page covers add-ons only. To cancel the Prime membership itself, see /cancel/amazon-prime. Amazon's page doesn't say whether a Prime cancel also ends add-ons.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Prime Video Channels charges you again after you cancelled, ask Prime Video Channels for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
