How to cancel SiriusXM
How to cancel SiriusXM from its help center and customer agreement: online, chat or phone, the 24-hour notice, refunds, and Apple, Google or Roku billing.

Cancel SiriusXM online
- Sign in to the Online Account Center.
- Open the Subscriptions tab and cancel there.
Cancel SiriusXM by chat
- On the SiriusXM Help Center page, choose Chat with an agent now.
Cancel SiriusXM by phone
- Call 866-635-8641.
Cancel SiriusXM if an app store or Roku bills you
- Apple or Google Play: cancel through Apple's or Google Play's subscription settings.
- Roku: sign in at my.roku.com, choose manage your subscriptions, pick the channel and select cancel subscription.
You can't cancel on Roku inside the SiriusXM app.
Before you cancel SiriusXM
- SiriusXM's customer agreement says to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next automatic charge.
- Cancelling through Apple or Google Play stops service at the end of the current billing cycle. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.
- The agreement says audio subscriptions are non-refundable. A monthly plan cancelled within 7 days of the start date may get a pro-rata refund, and a non-monthly plan cancelled within 30 days of its start or a renewal charge may too.
- The agreement also says cancellation or early termination fees may be charged with certain offers, and the fee is listed in that offer's details. Check yours.
- T-Mobile-billed customers remove the SiriusXM add-on through T-Mobile (1-800-937-8997, or 611 from a T-Mobile phone). See /cancel/apple-subscriptions, /cancel/google-play and /cancel/roku for the other billers.
- The agreement lists a different number, 1-866-635-2349, for audio and infotainment cancellations. The Help Center lists 866-635-8641.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if SiriusXM charges you again after you cancelled, ask SiriusXM for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
