How to cancel Walmart+
How to cancel a Walmart+ membership from Walmart's help center: the Account steps, Remind Me Later, pausing, and how to reactivate within the billing cycle.

Cancel Walmart+ online
- Go to your walmart.com account and select Walmart+.
- Select Manage membership.
- Select Manage beside Walmart+ plan.
- Select Cancel beside Cancel membership.
- Choose Confirm cancellation. (You can also pick View exclusive offer or Keep membership.)
Cancel Walmart+ pause instead
- Sign in, select Account, then Walmart+, then Manage Membership.
- Select Manage by Walmart+ Plan, then Pause membership.
- Choose Pause Membership.
A pause lasts one month at a time, up to three times per year. You won't be billed, and you lose member benefits during the pause.
Before you cancel Walmart+
- If you choose to cancel, Walmart offers a Remind Me Later email sent three days before your renewal date, so you don't need to cancel immediately.
- If you change your mind before the end of your billing cycle, you can reactivate: sign in, select Account, then Walmart+, then Reactivate membership.
- You can change a monthly subscription to annual at any time, but you can't currently change from annual to monthly.
- Pausing is not available to trial members or the Paramount+ Premium upgrade. InHome Plus Up pauses along with Walmart+.
- If you can't reactivate, Walmart says to check that your payment method is valid and update it if it's expired.
- The help article we read does not list a cancellation fee, a refund rule, or a phone number for cancelling.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Walmart+ charges you again after you cancelled, ask Walmart+ for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
