Before you cancel WeightWatchers
- For standard one-month plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership month in which you cancel.
- For multi-month Commitment Plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the Commitment Plan period. For Pre-pay Savings Plans, at the end of the initial plan period you bought.
- WW's terms say it will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours after it receives them.
- The terms say the subscription fee is not refundable or cancellable once a billing period has started, with limited exceptions such as a medical reason, relocation, a Workshop closure, or WW ending your membership.
- The terms say WW reserves the right to collect fees, surcharges or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.
