How to cancel Apple News+ on iPhone, iPad or Mac, or on the web, from Apple Support's own pages, and how to tell whether it is already cancelled.

Cancel Apple News+ on an iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription, scrolling down if you don't see it.
If there's no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red, Apple says the subscription is already canceled.
Cancel Apple News+ on a Mac
- Open the News app on your Mac.
- Go to the File menu and choose Manage Subscriptions. You may be asked to sign in with your Apple Account.
- In the Manage section, click Manage next to Subscriptions, then click Edit for "Apple News+ or Apple One".
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
Cancel Apple News+ on the web
- Go to the subscriptions page at account.apple.com and sign in if asked.
- Choose the subscription and cancel it there.

Before you cancel Apple News+
- If a subscription is a trial you don't want to renew, Apple says to cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- If Apple News+ comes with an Apple One plan, the Mac steps refer to "Apple News+ or Apple One", so check which one you are editing.

After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Apple News+ charges you again after you cancelled, ask Apple News+ for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
