How to cancel Canva Pro
How to cancel Canva Pro from Canva's help center: Settings, Billing, Cancel plan, plus Apple and Google Play billing, pausing for 3 months and what follows.

Cancel Canva Pro on desktop or web (billed by Canva)
- Log in to the right Canva account or team.
- On the homepage, select your account profile, then Settings.
- Go to Billing and, on your plan, select Cancel plan.
- Select Continue cancellation, choose why you're cancelling, then Continue cancellation.
- Optionally tell Canva why, then select Cancel subscription.
You'll get a confirmation email when the plan is cancelled.
Cancel Canva Pro on an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Go to Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Canva.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancel Canva Pro on Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions, find your Canva plan and tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Before you cancel Canva Pro
- Cancelling ends future charges. Paid features stay on until your current billing period runs out.
- Your designs stay accessible on Canva Free, and your Canva account stays active.
- You can pause a Canva Pro, Teams or Business plan for up to 3 months instead. There are no charges during the pause.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel a mobile subscription. If you can't cancel, check that you're signed in to the right account and team.
- Cancelling Canva Teams is permanent: you can't resubscribe to Teams afterward. Canva suggests Canva Business if you might want a team plan later.
- If you cancel but want to undo it while the subscription is still active, go to Billing and choose to stay on your plan. For refunds, Canva points to its Refunds for Canva subscriptions article, which we did not read. See /cancel/apple-subscriptions and /cancel/google-play.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Canva Pro charges you again after you cancelled, ask Canva Pro for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. How do I cancel Canva Pro?

Will I lose my designs if I cancel Canva Pro?

You may have a second Canva account, a store subscription through Apple or Google Play, or the cancellation may not have gone through. Look for a confirmation email.
