How to cancel Enhancv
How to cancel an Enhancv Pro plan from the Billing page, from Enhancv's help center, what happens when Pro ends, and the refund rules by plan.

Cancel Enhancv on the Billing page
- Open the Billing page at app.enhancv.com/billing.
- Click the Cancel Subscription link.
- Answer the survey, then continue.
- Confirm the cancellation. A success popup appears when it goes through.
- Reload the Billing page. It should show Canceled, with the date your Pro access ends.
Before you cancel Enhancv
- You keep full Pro access to edit, download and create documents until the end of the current billing period.
- After Pro expires, your account becomes read-only. You can still download existing documents, but you can't save edits or create new ones unless you start a new subscription.
- Cancelling doesn't trigger a refund. To ask for one, contact the Help Center or help@enhancv.com. Enhancv says issuing a refund also cancels your subscription.
- Quarterly and Semiannual plans: you may get a partial pro-rated refund if you stop before the full 3 or 6 months end. You're charged the Monthly rate for each month used and the difference is refunded.
- Monthly plan fees are non-refundable, and so are promo-code-reduced fees on any plan.
- Cancelling doesn't unsubscribe you from the newsletter. Do that on your Profile page.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Enhancv charges you again after you cancelled, ask Enhancv for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card. The guide to disputing a charge has the steps and the deadlines.

Does cancelling stop the Enhancv emails?
Not the newsletter. Uncheck the newsletter box on your Profile page. Payment notifications mean your subscription may still be active, so check the Billing page.
