How to cancel Norton 360 by turning off automatic renewal in your Norton account, from Norton's support pages, with the 60-day and 14-day refund windows.

Cancel Norton 360 in your Norton account
- Sign in to your Norton account.
- On the My Account page, open the My Subscriptions tab.
- Next to the subscription, click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal.
- Next to Plan Renewal, click Unsubscribe.
- Choose a reason, then click Next.
- Norton may show offers to keep your subscription. To go ahead, click "No thanks, cancel my subscription", then Next.
- Wait for the confirmation message.
Your account may take up to 24 hours to show the change.
Cancel Norton 360 if you bought in an app store
- Norton says you can cancel or change an in-app purchase only from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Microsoft Store.
- Use that store's own cancel steps for the store you bought from.
Uninstalling the Norton app does not cancel your subscription.
Before you cancel Norton 360
- Your subscription continues through the end of your already-paid term. After that it ends and does not renew automatically.
- Stopping renewal is separate from asking for a refund. To request a refund, use the Contact us link on Norton's cancellation and refund policy page.
- Annual subscriptions: a full refund if requested within 60 days of the purchase date. Renewal charges follow the same 60-day rule, counted from each charge date.
- Monthly subscriptions: a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Subsequent monthly charges are not eligible for a refund.
- Norton says you must uninstall and delete all copies of the software when you cancel. Have an order number, product serial number or product key ready.
- Purchases billed or fulfilled by a third party, such as an app store or retailer, may follow different terms. If you're on a trial, cancel before it ends.
After you cancel
Keep the confirmation email or screenshot. Then watch your bank or card for the next billing date: if Norton 360 charges you again after you cancelled, ask Norton 360 for a refund first, and if that fails, dispute the charge with your card.
